As a client in the VIP Program, you can get monthly email access to Evan Brand outside of scheduled consultations. You may discuss protocol adjustments and changes, new symptoms, and other concerns that require back-and-forth communication.

How much is the program?

It is a $299 monthly subscription. You may cancel anytime.

Who can join this program?

This program is only for existing clients of the clinic. If you have never done a New Client Consultation with any of our practitioners, you are not yet a client.

Who will be answering my email?

Regardless of whether you currently work with Evan or Tamy, Evan Brand, BCHN FNTP will answer the emails for this program

What can I discuss via email?

If you have just done your scheduled consultation but have follow-up questions about your protocol, test results, or symptoms that are too complex for simple email communication, you can discuss them with Evan Brand through this monthly email access without needing to book a 10-minute or 30-minute follow-up consultation.


If your scheduled consultation is weeks away but you have concerns that can be tackled via email but will still require your practitioner to review your protocol, test results, and/or intake form, as well as ask you additional questions, you can discuss them with your practitioner through this monthly email access without needing to book a troubleshooting follow-up consultation.


As a rule of thumb, anything that will require your practitioner to review your protocol, test results, and/or intake form, as well as ask you additional questions in order to address your concerns is considered "too complex for simple email communication".

With this program, do I still need a consultation?

Consultations are a necessary part of the process for both new and existing clients.


While there are benefits to email communication, there are still limitations that hinder effective and efficient communication. Consultations allow practitioners and clients to discuss things in real-time and tackle multiple things without the delay associated with email communication. It is also during consultations that major updates after being on the protocol are discussed and major protocol changes are made.

I'm not a client yet. Can I do my New Client Consultation via email through this program?

No. New Client Consultations are required as the first step in working with us as a client and can only be done via a phone or video call consultation.


It is during this intial consultation that your health history, recent test results, symptoms/conditions, sensitivities will be discussed in depth. If you have recent test results, our practitioners can also create a protocol for you in the same appointment. Given all that, not only is it more efficient but it is only appropriate to do this initial consultation during a phone call or video call.
